Hi guys

I took the day off with some good intentions (do laundry, run some errands, clean, cook dinner and of course schedule a couple of post for the rest of the week).

Unfortunately i only got around to doing one thing **running errands** thank to hubs who had me out all day.

Bare with  me until I can get back in sync with keeping up  with my blog posts and scheduling.

Thanks for understanding.

November - Glitzy Glam Bag

Guess what I got!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's Halener Rustique's November Glitzy Glam Bag (GGB). I wasn't able to subscribe to the October bag but I made sure I got the November one.
The theme for November was "Something For Me & A Lil Something For You"
A little note letting us know all that was in the bag.

This is the bag it came in and this is the item that was used before. I got this bag in the July Edition GGB .

All the goodies inside

First off a ELF Lucious Liquid Lipstick in Strawberry and it smells so good. Even tasted it a little and it has a good taste.:D
This retails at Halener Rustique's for $12.00 TT

An Eye lash Applicator. I have never worn false lashes so I don't even know how to start to use this but I guess eventually I will learn. This retails for $15.00 TT.

A Nabi Blue Eyeliner in Satin Blue and this is really soft and smooth.
This retails for $12.00 TT

Saved the best for last
8 pigments and they are gorgeous.

No matter how much I tried I could not capture the true colours of these pigments
So their names are:
From R-L top row: Dean, Rocket, Dusk, Dawn

From R-L bottom row: Bitter, Mingles, Grenade, Fabu

You can see these better

Here are some swatches and as you can see the top row contains similar colours but after swatching you can see the difference with them

Dean - Is a darker purple
Rocket - has a pinky undertone
Dusk - I can't describe dusk
Grenade - has more of a blue-ish undertone

These are the other four
Dawn - has a green gold undertone
Bitter - is more of a Mint Green colour
Fabu - is a darker Green
Mingles - is a shimmery white

So this was my November Glitzy Glam Bag.

Stay tuned to see what goodies arrive in the December Edition of the GGB.

Take care guys.

Swatch Me - Metallic Green

Hi there,

I haven't got many greens in my stash, at least dark greens, so when I saw this beauty I had to get it.

Can you see all the silver flecks in the green  (so gorgeous) .

This is what it looks like in artificial light and if you look closely you can see the yellow/gold undertone. What I especially like about these metallic's is that one coat is all you need for them to be opaque.

Hope you like this colour.

As you can see I have quite a lot of Kleancolor polishes. I'm thinking about doing a post on all my Kleancolor lovelies. What do you think?

Comment below if you would like to see my Kleancolor stash.

Love you guys.

Take care

Swatch Me - Fashionista

Hi there people of Earth

I can't believe how much I've been neglecting my blog. I promised myself that i would try to do at least a post every other day but I've been so busy I'm just not getting the time.

I did get time to pick up a few lovelies and go out to see Breaking Dawn 2 (spoiler alert), it was freaking  awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway not to stray. This is Kleancolor's Fashionista, I know, I know it's an unusual colour but I'm kinda weird because I love it. It's sort of a creamy, dirty,  mustard brown colour but it is so pretty and would be a great base for layering glitters.

I used 2 coats and there was no streaking it played pretty well. I just love that about Kleancolor polishes (they don't streak).

I layered my Kleancolor Holo Blue over it just to see how good it would look and I loved it.

Do you own this colour? Would you like to?

I'm off to scheduling some posts for the rest of the week so be safe and have a sleep filled night. Pssst **tomorrow is work**
Bye guys

Swatch Me - Pastel Yellow

Good morning  beauties.
I haven't been having a good week but I did find sometime to do some swatches of some polishes I bought.

This beauty is Kleancolor's Pastel Yellow

I just love how mellow it looks, not to bright but yet the yellow is there.

This is 2 coats and this baby did not give any trouble. Goes on smoothly , with  minimal streaking due to my shaky hands.

This is actually what it looked like

Do you like this colour? Would you buy it?

I like it and I can definitely see myself wearing this a lot.

Well I'm off to see Breaking Dawn tomorrow so you may not hear from me until Sunday.

Take care.

Franken Swatch

You may have seen this green polish popping up all over my posts and that's mainly because I made this franken and forgot how good it looked.
I was actually trying to make a teal but instead it came out a really dark green (didn't add enough blue).

I applied a coat of Gold Nugget and it became such a pretty colour.

Please excuse my messiness I was late for work.

Tell me what you think of my franken.

Week 42 pattern inspired

For my Pattern Inspired Weekly Challenge I chose to use  my Divali Shalwar for my inspiration. I'm not feeling to wordy for this post so I'll leave the pictures to speak.

To see how I did this pattern head over to my Youtube Page.

Hope you like what you saw.

Random Designs

I bought this polish a while back and I just love the consistency of it. It's so creamy and applies so smoothly and I just love the colour.

I was a little bored last weekend and I figured doing a mani might brighten my day so that's just what i did.
I did grey and sponged on some Santee Black and did a simple design and to brighten it up I added some silver lines as well.

It make look kind of weird but I wasn't feeling to creative last week.

Hope you liked it.

Don't forget to comment and tell me if there's anything that you would like to see.

Divali Mani

Good morning wherever you are.

On Tuesday Hindus all over the world celebrated Divali and it's the one time of the year that we really get to dress up to go to work. I didn't get much time to do my nails and then I was feeling so tired I opted for something simple.
I used LA Colors Gold Nugget and sponged on LA Colors Desert Dune and added a bit of glitter to the tips, since i was wearing green I added some green rhinestones and I think that it killed it.

Just a piece of my outfit on that day.

Sorry for hardly any posts this week but I'm scheduling a couple so that doesn't happen anytime soon again.

Hope you like my simple mani.

Enjoy your weekend.
